Vintage Studio
It is a luxury 2BHK stay. Its design offers inbuilt dining and kitchen provisions. In addition to the in-room food service facilities, we have provided the kitchen so that you can have a provision to cook. Thus indulge in the dishes featuring nature and go deeper with your love for culinary art. The Vintage Studio accommodates up to seven guests including extra beds; ideal for two small families or one big family.
The construction of the villa is done in such a way that it has two separate bedrooms inside. Inspired by Tamil Nadu’s architectural design, the Vintage Studio is the only one in Brown Town Resort with a powder room. It has a huge balcony around the periphery of the villa. Facilities like the private lawn are provided upon request for a group of people.

Vintage Suites
Vintage Suites is the villa that reminds of a routine Sunday with the family while making the most out of it. The villa mirrors the South Indian homes of yesteryears. It has a big veranda with AC, a common hall and Pergola cots. The hand picked furniture inside adds to the antique and cosy look of the rooms. The interiors of Vintage Suites are curved by craftsmen from Thanjavur and the construction style resembles South Indian homes built several generations ago, such as the high ceiling roof built with Terra Cotta titles bringing the feel of a 19th century South Indian home. It is a villa of two separate rooms for two families. Each room has a bathroom inside and antiques from Tamil Nadu. It has a balcony.

Vintage Twin Suites
What’s better than a typical south Indian home? A villa with more rooms! Twinning for your convenience, our Vintage Twins offer you a comfortable stay in two bedrooms. You enter the
suite through a beautiful big balcony to the inner AC hall. The rooms are symmetrical to each other with only a change in direction, one to the east and one to the north.

Himalayan Suites
All wood makes a perfect stay when you want to feel the Himalayas! Also called wooden cottages, they follow the concept of houses in Himachal Pradesh that are all made of wood. Carefully crafted by the experts from Himachal, this villa is handcrafted with every piece in the best Himalayan way possible including the pinewood that is resistant to fire. Feel free to sit on the small lawn in front of each wooden cottage. A family of two would totally enjoy the Himalayan Suite experience.

Lemon Suites
Right behind the vintage villas, are our Lemon cottage of Coorg. Surrounded by lemon trees, these cottages welcome you to an earthy feel of the lemony zest.
Located among lemon tree plantations in the resort, the Lemon Suites offer a sensory experience, unlike any other place you’ve ever stayed before. Lemon Suites resemble the Karnataka-style housing in Coorg hill station where most of the houses have high ceilings and wooden Pergolas. We added a twist to the Coorg style of cement flooring making it a luxurious stay at our Lemon suites.
This is suitable for a couple and kids or a group of four girls or four boys. All arrangements are available here. If you enjoy waking up to the aromas of nature and zest lemon trees, you must stay at the lemon suite. Take a refreshing morning walk in the Lemon plantations, and you can feel the soothing aroma in the air or set up a bonfire at night. Either way, you are going to love it.

Wayanad Suites
From the walls that speak the languages of Wayanad, to the pillars that make a great feel. This is more than a Kerala experience. With an open-to-sky bath, this villa is a special one to experience nature at its finest. Following our vision of going beyond the possible to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. We tried to recreate the feel of cool houses because of the carbon dioxide content. They have huge wooden pillars. We have a main door that is of around 150 years old. The suite has a private gazebo and a small lawn.

Swasthanam
With interiors that will directly take you to a vintage treat, enjoy the spirit of togetherness at Swasthanam. While entering this villa, the flooring will transport you to an era where you got immersed in stories of your grandmom. Right opposite the Vintage villas, this is the first villa you see when you enter Brown Town Resort. It is best suitable for a group of travellers exploring cities; a large family get-together; or for friends who wish to relive the nostalgic memories of school/college hostel life. It has the capacity of 10 beds for family members, friends or colleagues who want to share their space and have a pleasant gathering. With the look and feel of 100-year-old antique furniture from Kolkatta, the villa has the ambience of one common room with a lounge area with a premium multiple-bed interior. The villa has three changing areas along with two toilets and two bath areas. It is a perfect group accommodation with breakfast.
You also have a lounge area once you enter through the common corridor. A small garden outside the bungalow is available for the group so that you can have a small bonfire. Spend the nights playing board games, talking and bonding with one another at Brown Town Resorts.

Haveli
Lights that remind you of the sparkling city of Jaipur and benches that make your moments special. Coming from the pink city in Rajasthan, this suite flaunts the lavish Jaipur wallpaper, luxurious pink floors and pink stones.
The three floors of the Haveli Suite feature five rooms each. It accommodates four to five who wish to stay together. Parents can put extra mattresses for the kids. Each floor has private AC halls suitable for a party.

With the most romantic entrance, our couple-friendly villa is equipped with specially designed furniture. The entire furniture and artefacts are classic such as the vintage-style washroom.
With wooden ceilings, rustic tiles and an entrance verandah, the Auro villa becomes a perfect place to get the cosy vibes of the Auro beach vibe. The entrance and dining room have a French influence keeping in sync with the colonial atmosphere of Pondicherry. This is our newest suite! We named it after the Mayna bird. Just like the bird, this villa is for the social bunch that wants to have a perfect party evening. We have two floors; the first comes with a balcony outside of the bedroom and provides a panoramic view of Brown Town. The ground floor has a small bedroom balcony and lawn.
