• The resort reserves the right of admission.
• The rate on the registration card is per night, exclusive of applicable Taxes.
• Visitors and non-registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms after 2100 hrs.
• The resort will not be responsible for any valuables left by the guest in the guest room or public areas, neither accept any liability for Loss.
• Check –In time is 02:00 p.m. & Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Should the guest fail to check out without approval, the management is authorized to charge a half day rate until 1800hrs and a full day rate thereafter. In case of early departure guest will be charged one-night room charges as an early departure charges.
• Request you to settle your bills once you exceed the pre-authorized amount / advance paid.
• In case of default in payment of dues by a Guest, the management shall have the right to detain the belongings and sell or auction the same at any time after the departure without reference to the party.
• Storing of articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room in strictly prohibited.
• Guests are requested to observe the Government of India rules and regulations enforced from time to time with respect to registration, alcoholic drinks, smoking restrictions, fire, arms, drugs, sexual abuse etc.
• Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
• For Indian nationals only all cash payments above Rs 50,000/- will require a copy of PAN Card. The room key cards shall be returned to the front desk upon departure, failing which will attract a nominal charge.

Married and unmarried couples are allowed into the resort with Government Id at check in process.

• We have the best security system with a 24-hour functioning CCTV camera and Security Services surrounding the area. If you are not an outgoing person, you can always stay within the resort and enjoy the natural clean air and the exotic climate.

• Without permission from the resort administration, no cameras are allowed into the resort premises.
